About A4 paper, coloured pencils
At last I've drawn a Kelpie - a water demon which is a wonderful horse. When someone sits on her back she throws herself into the water and drowns that idiot or eats him - it depends on the legend - a nice horse isn't it :D
I wanted to show a land where the Kelpie has already killed everyone...

Another background exercise... in my opinion not that bad after all... What do you think?

Wow! It's lovely!
The strands of floating tail-hair are very eye-catching :boogie:
Only one thing....I could be wrong, but I think that the ears are a tad too small. But considering that this is a Kelpie, not a horse, I suppose that it doesn't really matter XD

zabawa z tym była przednia :D
bo najpierw to miał być ogon powiewający w powietrzu :giggle:
a potem doszłam do wniosku, że zwięrzę wodne powinno być w wodzie :)

I LOVE horses, so I couldn't help noticing....nevertheless, this is one of the most gorgeous pieces I've seen in a good long while; the green is magnificent, and there are just too many good things to say about that hair :love:
