Experiments! Yay!
The time has come.. I tried painting a watercolour landscape without using pure colours
I read somewhere that it is helpful to mix watercolours and use a plate as a palette - so I tried that out
And you know what my dears? It actually works very well
I'm adding a plate to my workspace 
Also this is part of the AquaChallenge: SPIRIT OF SPRING hosted by watercolorists

Lovely work! I really love how the green marches out with him into the snow, the movement and balance of this image is lovely too
